A Bit About Me
A very lucky Mum of 3.
I qualified as a Hypnobirthing Practitioner 6 years ago as a Student Midwife.
I have since taught many couples Hypnobirthing techniques that have helped them guide eachother through the labour experience.
Hypnobirthing provides antenatal education as well as techniques for both you and your birth partner to use throughout all stages of labour.
I am also a practicing Community Midwife which I love dearly. My heart really does lie in all aspects of pregnancy and birth, I want to help you enjoy your pregnancy, birth and postnatal period for the amazing journey that it is... Yes you read right.... ENJOY LABOUR!

Private Antenatal Education and Hypnobirthing Classes
As a qualified Hypnobirthing Practitioner and Midwife, I have extensive experience and specialized know-how.
Classes consist of Four Two hour sessions in the comfort of your own home.I travel from Benfleet in Essex up to 30 minutes. Anything over 30 minutes will have added mileage costs to the couple

Antenatal Education and Hypnobirthing
Come along to Our Antenatal Education and Hypnobirthing classes and learn everything you need to know about the Antenatal, birth and postnatal period.
These classes are designed to help you become informed about pregnancy, labour and birth. What's normal, why intervention may take place and your choices.
Being informed and aware of possibilities will help you approach labour and birth calmly. Some evidence suggests Antenatal Education can help improve your labour and birth outcomes and mother's experience of birth and parenthood.
Attending Antenatal Classes also helps as it gives you the chance to ask questions, hear other people's questions. Receiving information in person and in a social setting instead of information overload through leaflets.

Private Midwife
Your Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum journey is an important and special time for you and your family.
I can join you on your journey from the begining of your Antenatal care right through to 4 weeks Postpartum, or anywhere in-between with a tailor made package!
All care is evidence based and individualized for your own particular needs. I provide support at home births as well as hospital births.
If you just require pregnancy or postnatal care that can also be arranged. I am very flexible and here to meet your needs
